3. Nature of Services

We provide consultancy, communication handling, coordination, facilitation, documentation support, verification assistance and process guidance for FSSAI Basic, State and Central licence registration, renewal, modification, annual return, hygiene rating and improvement-notice reply.

  • We do not guarantee approval, issuance of any FSSAI licence, allotment of a licence number, eligibility confirmation, specific timelines or any particular outcome.
  • Final processing, verification and issuance depends on FSSAI, FoSCoS, Designated Officers, Food Safety Officers, Aadhaar authentication, portal availability and accuracy of information you provide.
  • Any timelines shared are indicative only and may vary based on operational, verification, inspection and portal-related factors.

4. Payment & Service Clarification

  • Payments are towards consultancy and assistance fees only — not statutory FSSAI government fees.
  • Government fees and statutory levies, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the user.
  • Exact charges and the final payable amount are displayed on the payment / checkout page before payment confirmation.

5. Communication Notice

All official communication is ordinarily made through your registered email, WhatsApp or phone. Please monitor your registered channels regularly for service updates, clarification, verification requirements and confirmations.

  • We are not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect contact details, spam filtering, inaccessible accounts or delayed user response.

6. Language Support

Customer support is currently available in English, Hindi and Marathi. Please ask for clarification before proceeding if any policy, communication or service requirement is unclear.

7. Refund & Cancellation Notice

Refund eligibility is governed strictly by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Many FSSAI services become non-refundable once consultation, documentation review, Aadhaar authentication coordination, FSMS drafting or filing activity has commenced.

9. Professional Limitation

Unless specifically stated otherwise, we do not provide legal representation, statutory food-safety audit, court representation or regulatory advocacy. Users are advised to seek independent professional advice wherever necessary.

10. Fair Usage
