2. Private Consultancy Clarification
- We are a private consultancy provider — not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or associated with FSSAI, FoSCoS, the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare or any government authority.
- FSSAI licence and related services are independently available through the official FoSCoS portal at foscos.fssai.gov.in.
- Users may choose to access such services directly through official portals at any time.

The following bands are indicative consultancy and assistance charges only — government fees are separate and depend on the validity period selected on FoSCoS:

- FSSAI State Licence — from ₹1,999 (consultancy)
- FSSAI Central Licence — from ₹3,999 (consultancy)
- Renewal / Modification — from ₹999 (consultancy)
- Annual Return (Form D1 / D2) — from ₹999 (consultancy)
5. Pricing Structure
Applicable charges may vary based on:
- Nature of the requested FSSAI service
- Operational complexity, FSMS scope and documentation requirements
- Verification, authentication and coordination scope
- Communication and turnaround requirements
- External dependency conditions (FoSCoS, banking, Aadhaar etc.)
6. Pricing Display & Payment Confirmation
Exact charges, applicable taxes and final payable amount are displayed on the payment / checkout page before payment confirmation. Please carefully review the selected service, charges, taxes and applicable policies before proceeding. Successful payment is treated as your informed acceptance of the pricing, scope and website policies.
7. Taxes & Additional Charges
Applicable taxes, statutory levies, banking, payment gateway and convenience fees may apply where relevant. Please review the final payable amount before paying.
8. Service Conditions Affecting Pricing
Consultancy and assistance charges remain applicable towards operational handling, communication, documentation review, resource allocation, coordination and professional service effort — irrespective of final FSSAI licence issuance, approval, verification or Designated Officer outcome.
9. Indicative Pricing Notice
Pricing, packages, consultancy estimates or assistance charges displayed on the website are indicative only unless specifically confirmed at the payment stage. Final pricing may vary with documentation complexity, verification requirements and service scope.
10. Pricing Modification Rights
We reserve the right to modify, revise, increase, decrease, suspend or discontinue any charges or packages at any time without prior notice. Revised pricing does not affect services already confirmed prior to such revision.
11. Service Initiation
Service activities commence after successful payment confirmation and/or receipt of required information, documents, OTPs, Aadhaar authentication confirmations or verification details from the user.
12. Refund & Cancellation Clarification
Refund eligibility is governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Certain services become partially or fully non-refundable once consultation begins, resources are allocated, documentation handling starts or FSSAI application activity commences.
